As an Associate Minister, you’ll be encouraged to be you and bring you to the role; your God-given giftings; your experience and passion, yielded to God and used in making Him known.  Empowered by God’s Spirit and inspired by God’s love, each team member uses who they are and how God has gifted them to implement the vision and mission of The church community. You would be joining a church who loves The Word, is empowered by The Holy Spirit and lives with an outward focus in serving others with justice and mercy.  

You will be someone who is passionate to see people encounter Jesus and have demonstrated leadership experience in equipping and releasing people and forming teams to be disciples of Jesus, through authentic relationship, good teaching, prayerful encouragement, Holy Spirit empowered living and good systems.

You will have excellent communication in formal and informal settings and demonstrated planning/organization capabilities.

You will have experience in leadership in church or para-church ministry, have relevant ministry/theology qualifications and enjoy getting things done.

You will form part of the Senior Ministry Team and your responsibilities will include but not be limited to oversight of a Sunday Service, Life Group ministry and outreaches.  

Salary will be dependent on experience and aligned with Melbourne Anglican Diocese Stipend No. 38.  Clergy are encouraged to apply, though being ordained is not essential.
